Thanks for this example. I simply reiterates my point.
Using your example, I would have had to have PRIOR knowledge that I should select CSTM for Mumbai and GKP for Darjeeling. (P.S. I didn't know that I can only go upto Gorakhpur for Darjeeling!)
Edit: Your subsequent posts also confirm the same. It appears that any user will NEED to do external research to locate nearby stations / train names AND THEN search on this website.

expectation was that this would be a ONE STOP website for all Train related information.
P.S. Darjeeling was just an example I was using. I think, others would also have similar requirements. Either they would flood the forums asking OR search elsewhere and move away from this fantastic website.
