Still our Ministry of Railways is called an efficient institution?

I don't think so that's the need of hour for a country like India where more than 30% of the population earns ₹70 or less per day.. Instead could have focussed on strengthening existing infrastructure like Doubling and building DFC's. Anyhow Gujarat is getting WDFC, MUMBAI DELHI EXPRESSWAY and now bullet train. Clearly shows there is politics.
Doubling,Tripling , DFCs , Expressways, HSR should be taken parallel for the country to grow for the next 30 yrs. 20 yrs back they are no air travellers now it is the fastest growing travel segment.
