Official reason by SWR for cancellation of LHB conversion of Goa express.
Looks like the rakes allotted to Goa express will be given to some other train now as no plans to change the rake of Goa express as of now.
As per the reply looks like VSG CDO not capable of PM of LHB stock. Still don't know how they did PM of VSG NZM Clone Humsafar last year.

looks like a dark day to be a RF from VSG. No chance of VSG getting LHB rake anytime soon. Looks like here SWR never bothered to upgrade VSG to handle LHB because all they care about is BOXN traffic.
Better SWR cancel all passenger trains from VSG except the 3 pairs of VSG QLM DEMU and terminate them at MAO which is a fully capable LHB yard. No more worries then KRCL can rejoice new passenger trains and SWR can fully convert VSG into a freight yard. Win Win situation for both KRCL and SWR. 🙏
