Simple thing, there are no immediate elections in Goa but karnataka

Except VSG JSME that too coz of Jharkhand MP Goa got basically nothing in state elections in 2022.
All zones have made RB into a joke now. Basically zones do whatever the heck they want. RB should simply ask SWR why didn't they upgrade and infrastructure at VSG to fully handle LHB stock when RB themselves alloted LHB rakes to Goa express.
There is no accountability in IR and all decisions are taken as per Zone convenience and political. Ideally VB should been introduced in NDLS ahra route with 160kmph but was in 130kmph route.
