This train should run daily as per occupancy and demands decoupling from Neelachal express.
In fact the both the nandan kanan and Neelachal should be made dailly. A better extra days neelachal should run via BE MB.
And on Xtra days of 12815 should run via pathardih-Dhn.
More over running time of 12816 should be reduced especially between PNMe and HIJ at least...
