I Think that there should be one more stamp of Upgraded in pnr stamping for the pnr's getting upgraded....what is your opinion other members/admin & mod. sir...???

yes it is very much valid where did i deny...but just for some developments in site to bring upgraded pnr into notice of our fellow members and guests it will be helpful if this can be implemented...!!!!!
Yes, for that purpose it's ok. but pnr confirming under HO quota could be stamped Finally confirmed under HO. The stamping is more concerned with estimation of prediction accuracy. and this will not make a difference in that.
