Agar rigorously ticket checking ho jaye in all trains in all class and in all days toh fares automatically half ho jayega.

Apart from that pehle bhi and aaj bhi polical agendas ne railway ka misuse kiya hai. Faltu ke new lines ban raha aur jisme 5-10 saal tak chalta sirf 2 jodi demu hai then that's adding burden to IR not less fares. ROI se matlab bhi nahi sirf political wayde poore karo.
