No diversion of any existing SER trains via MSAE route. New train will be given after joining of BQA-MSAE route with HBC

It always looked to me a fake document because i had on first day said HWH-Purulia exp will never get diverted because it get good passengers from VSU, MDN, KGP, etc stations. Aso if PRR ex gets diverted then it will reach HWH within 10 am and its RSA partner HWH-RNC Intercity departs howrah at 12.50 pm. During this peak hours no train can block 1 platform at HWH from 10 am to 12.50 pm almost 3 hrs. In that case TT of HWH-RNC Via TATA also needs to be completely changed which is not possible.
