See the RTI reply from Railway which i have got for the two trains which are cancelled since 1 year and has not been restored and they are saying that because of kathgodam pit line this train has not started. i don't know what is the matter why the NER is adding kathgodam for Ramnagar bound train. one of the worst division which doesn't see the public convenience. And giving the irregular answer which doesn't make any sense for giving this type of reply.
