Issue is PF length at Kalka. Even they don't have enough space to keep rakes. Kalka Shatabdi is the only 18-19 coach train at Kalka. It arrives at night on longest, PF 3 and stays overnight until it's departure in the morning. Recently some months back I saw the 14 coach rake of Kalka Mail (other coaches were detached at Chandigarh) shunted to the yard in two parts. Even they can't take the full (ideally half) rake to keep in yard altogether, forget 22-24 coaches
