Actually The Original Name is Sivasagar but Locally it's Sibsagar that's Why Updated
There are Many Pronounciation of Sivasagar as Sibsagar Primarily then Shivsagar or Shivasagar or Sivsagar or Sivasagar but Majority Uses Word Sibsagar
Local name is meant for what locals people called it not pronounciation...
