Railways allocating LHB rakes as per their wish and not for the deserving trains first. This is happening for years. Hope Goa SF get LHB rakes soon. Thanks.

Own SWR RTI list as advised by RB says Goa express planned to be LHBfied in Q1, Hampi and GG in Q3 and these getting now planned in Q4.
