I am wondering what is stopping IR /RB/Zones from announcing new changes in TT.
Where trains are preponed, many passengers will miss their trains on Oct 1 n 2 bcoz of last minute PRs.

This is how IR is working for years and no willingness to change. Atleast couple weeks before should be given and publicized. They have the details but not willing to share ahead is a serious problem. Thanks.
