think the info is little ambiguous here. a Pune - Mumbai (WL'ed ticket) has can only and only confirm at time of charting from Howrah if the train is having end to end empty berths at the time of charting. Else the Pune - Mumbai (WL'ed ticket) would be assigned to quota of seats allocated to Pune and would confirm only when a Pune - Mumbai berths gets vacant.

while charting at Howrah,(for berths marked to Pune ) the chart will only have berths information of travelers till Pune. and another entry //PUNE will be printed next to each traveler info on the chart.
because the booking info of pune onwards journey will be prepared by PUNE charting office and NOT HWH charting.
