"Airport like facilities" means that you have to spend huge money to reach station, just like Airport.
Just see SMVB. No local trains to access station. Auto fellows will make you spend ₹ 150+. For airport, you have to spend ₹300 to reach airport, though some odd trains are running (for ₹35) for whom we don't know.
I am seriously worried that Cantonment will become another airport like station. Accessibility may get affected and shell out more amount as user fee etc.
