SMVB is still to see the kind of crowd it was supposed to hold. I think word has spread especially on the poor connectivity, extremely high auto fares , cabs not being available. I did happen to visit the terminal once and saw a BMTC bus there. Based on what the conductor said it seems there is hardly any crowd that gets down ( referred to the early morning trains). Majority people are still getting down at KJM which has better access, public transport. As I mentioned earlier in another response, it was a bit sad to see the lone cafeteria empty and hardly any takers to buy products !
