Eluru doesn't have town or residential colonies whith much population near to ELuru station. Most of the town is around 2 km from powerpet and is extending after Railway bridge towards Bus stand and this area is 4-6km from station. So better to keep Powerpet for existing trains. Booking may be EE but boarding may differ as per convenience.
