its still impossible to book a tatkal e-ticket ....either the bank transaction wont happen...or service will be unavailable...search will go on till eternity..bank wont respond...u can only be a mere spectator

In the month of Jul so many of my colleagues at my workplace said, look railways have done so much for the bookings and now tatkal is easily available, and I told them, wait for durga puja and diwali and then rate. Now they say u were right. Only small modifications have been done and nothing else.
