71"km in 45:minutes by12621 not bad ,considering upto BPl - nishatpura ,train takes 4 to 5 minutes .
Now again AP is late with 1.22 hrs at Bpl .where wil controller give OT of 12621" ??
AP needs minimum 3.15 hrs to cover BPl-Jhansi stretch
