That is fine. Why Yuva is dreaming for government job? Just because they want to enjoy there rest o the life without work and full of money.
In order to securing future o country, it is good to purchase MLA/MPs . And if there is no requirement then absolutely no need to release new vacancies. Country itself in heavy debt then how the population of country can expect for being rich?
