Can someone please explain me this scenario?
I have just canceled passenger #4 ticket which was B2 44
However, the system changed my seats and gave the same seat to passenger #1 please see attached screenshots and help me to understand this

Yeah but my point is when did railway has started switching berths within same PNR? I thought the cancelled berth should go to RAC
Here they allotted to other passenger?
