Vskp needs a afternoon dep to arrive at morning and evening dep from Bangalore and not reverse as mentioned by you. At present all trains from coastal AP arrive at midday wasting half a day on both sides

At least it will be useful to rayalasema traveller to reach vizag in morning time.
Now no train to connect vizag. It is better in the place of nothing.
We would get slots at Bangalore stations easily.

First ATP needs proper or faster trains to Bamgalore and Hyderabad intercity day trains then to vskp. ATP people depend on those cities for business and employment. If you have 100 passengers to Vskp u will have 1000 travellers to both the metro cities each.
