It has been observed that all CSTM and Howarh bound trains (read as South Eastern Railway) are getting late by an average 4 hours in reaching to their final destination. My observation is that these trains are getting late between Bilaspur and Rourkela stretch/section. This is happening for last 4 months. Two to three blocks for days were taken by different railway divisions.
Does anyone know what is the issue or concern here?

I agree with you that general public is sufferers. But all do not have have the leisure to take flights. U me and 2% may take the flight. Want to know how can we seek an anser from the SE or SECR Division or infact from our Railway Ministry
