They don't do any maintainance work at Nagarsol and all are done in when train is in base location Chennai or Narspur. There is facility for filling water. The train may have on board housekeeping to clean washrooms or they may have employed some agency for cleaning washrooms and coach floor stationed at Nagarsol for the terminating trains.
