Tungabhadra and proposed krnt-kcg-vskp may serve two different purposes and may not be completely redundant.There is not even a single train between krnt and vskp at this moment. Kurnool to dhone hardly takes 45 minutes without crossings and many times Tungabhadra reaches before time at Kurnool because of slack.
