Leasing the Dharavi slum land to railways means it means soon slum encroachment of Dharavi will be removed? Any idea?
Dharavi slum development is taken lot of times but not succeeded and this may also not take off unless there is a political solution along with social infrastructure created for the 1 Milion population reciding there. The area has lot of micro units and has good GDP.
Yes also recently I read articles in Internet that Dharavi is the most populated slum in Asia.
