Who said this train is not filling up?Last week when I was going to Hubli from Guntakal.This train has good occupancy what we expected got more good response.I saw at Guntakal junction
My question was why SWR is hesitating to add more coaches when it is running with more than expected occupancy.
At least it should have 18 coaches.
Is there any restrictions in place that stop them from adding more coaches?
