Not Necessary....Say, if an extra coach is added and many seats are available, even if u book 2 seats, it may still show WL/Available...

no this is not true , few days ago i book one ticket at WL/Available status nd after my booking status still showing WL/Available ,so thr should be many seats ,nd this WL/Available show mostly after adding extra coach
