Is it just me or anyone else also think that the rake size would be quite small? Patna Howrah Shatabdi was downgraded to a Jan Shatabdi. In that case, Ranchi fulfilling a VB with a long rake seems unlikely.
To every zone/dvsn who are giving news in hindi newspaper should first upgrade their infrastructure as well instead of just taking VBE rake or asking from RB for it . ..

Such media report should be taken with a pinch of salt. I don't foresee a VB between RNC and PNBE in the near future. First things first, a VB between HWH and BSB via - Grand Chord would attract good patronage, IMO.
