It's better to introduce a Biweekly from SC to New Delhi using the slot if it's free from ET instead of extention. It's alternate to Sachkand expres which is running from past 25years.
12421 should make biweeekly from secunderabad however it will cross delhi and connect punjab as well for telangana people
Extension is not desirable. A separate Tri weekly exp can be introduced between SC and ASR.
