I agree about slack timings, for DOJ 11-11-22 NMKL to SA 51 kms done in 48 mins also halted at SA just 7 mins. LC is very unlikely considering the delay and 7 min halt.
In few videos i have seen WDP4D hauling 11022 from TEN itself.

On 21-11-2022 I saw this train while leaving SA , it runs with WDP-4D
Exactly, i also confirmed this news from a youtuber. MRJ-TEN end to end Diesel link. Might be due to LC time at SA.
