The photos is genuine RM visited DRM office along with GM of ECoR to the site behind the present office. Its published eenadu in yesterday paper. It all need to be seen the for allocation of funds in Budget Jan 2023 and official announcement from Railway minster of Zone and division at Rayagada and Finance Minster in Parliament or any gazette notification from Railway board.
