This train has 10 halts from new delhi to darbhanga and is often running before time and has to wait at outers of platforms. In my opinion this train needs a little bit of tt revision and can be speeded up by 1 to 1 and a half hours during its entire journey.

yes it should speeded up as cpr-sv-gkp-lko-cnb-ndls almost double and between them cpr-sv and lko-ndls is fully electrified .and in next 1 or i nd half year full streach is electrified
after electrification and doubling, this train need to be speede up by two to three hours and bring it avg speed above 65. But even in current scenario it can be speeded up by at least 1 hour...
seemanchal express never skips new barauni junction(BJU) and always halt there for two minutes.....
yes according to IR, seemanchal exp and koshi express both have no halt at BJU but both the trains always stop at NEW BARAUNI JUNCTION(BJU)......
