There will be Vande Bharat train from Visakhapatnam. But the destination is yet to fix. It may be Vijayawada/Tirupati/Varanasi

Actually sc- yadadri MMTS ( special double track) or Metro corridor should extend up to warangal in phase -2 , up to khammam in phase-3 and up to BZA in phase -4 . So no need to think about chair car or reservation. Just timepass for three hours from bza to sc, only one 🎥 time with onion samosa. Every 15 min one train in day and every 1 hour one train in night. I think it can be easily possible as you said khammam is verry strong 💪.
