In Nizamuddin - Goa Rajdhani Express, is Dinner served for passengers boarding at Vasai Road (9:45 pm) / Panvel (11 pm)?
Nope. As per IRCTC catering charges when checked between BSR to MAO is Rs. 20/- as part of ticket which means only water bottle will be served and hopefully Tea/coffee(not sure) in the morning but definitely dinner charges are not charged hence will not be severed. However I have seen passengers paying extra onboard NZM-SBC Raj from RC/Sedam to staff to get food(provided food is still available) - you may have this option as well but safest option is to have dinner before boarding the train or carry food along with you
