Good to see this however it will be better if the authorities have a look at the current state of cleanliness of this station. It has become extremely dirty and unfortunately lot of it has to do with the travelling passengers itself who have messed up the place.
It's also SWR's fault. Very very few SWR trains have been sent to SMVT. It's all the lowest of the low-class ECR/SER/ER/ECoR trains that terminate there. So naturally the terminal will get dirty.
It's terminal station and passe gers get down and go out and similarly arrive a hour before dep. So it's upto maintainance contractor to maintain the station.
Nope.. in this station, ppl will assemble much in advance. Yes, the station is getting dirty cos of bad civic sense. Also they don’t leave station immediately. May be somehow to seeoff a day’s accommodation
If the passengers try they can also keep the station clean isnt it ? There are few videos ( vlogs from passengers) which show lots of pan stains, paper cups thrown here and there even though dustbins are available.
