Bihar has made a reputation for itself, I haven't seen a Video verifying actual location but the sheer uniqueness of crime makes people select Bihar as the most appropriate place for something like this to happen 😂

Totally agree. I have seen people stealing coal at Nagpur and even took video of the same. But, this video proves Bihar still holds the merit to be on the top of the charts.

This happens at many places. Easy use minerals like coal, oil are prime targets as they can be directly used by people and also easy to access. In Chhattisgarh, Eastern MP, Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha coal theft from wagons is common at populated outers. & its almost impossible for goods guards to stop them as staff is just 3 (or sometimes 4) & they are in dozen or so..
