Yo, I rode on the 20608 SBC - MAS Vande Bharat Express in EC. The food menu was tight:

They served up a 1L Rail Neer Water Bottle right when we peaced out.

At about 3:45 pm, they hit us up with a snack tray. The tray had:

Small Packet roasted salted almonds
Some veg samosas
A packet of Chikki for the sweet tooth
A fat Coleslaw veg sandwich
Some Mysore pak to top it all off.
Also, they hooked us up with some tissues and a wet wipe.

After that, they offered tea or coffee. They had pre-mixed packets of masala tea, ginger tea, cardamom tea or coffee.
