Whatever may be the starting station and route, Kashi Tamil Sangam express should run via Chennai Egmore or Chennai Central and not bypass via Perambur. Most of the pilgrims gather together at Chennai before leaving. Perambur is not at all convenient, expecially while returning from Varanasi.
