The Food is Loaded there by NR, right ??
Because from CSMT Side, I have seen food quality it's good, in fact for all Rajdhani Trains.
It becomes problematic once trains start from Delhi side
I agree that food from Irctc Base Kitchen NDLS/NR is one of the worst one being served onboard premium trains. But, other base kitchens aren't too behind. My mother found dead insect in Chicken gravy served onboard 1A in 12301 HWH - NDLS Rajdhani Express. When we complained about the same to the pantry staff, he ran away with the bowl of chicken and came back with a fresh bowl filled with Chicken. Basically, he made sure that no evidence was left behind. The food was from Base Kitchen HWH/ER.
