Yesterday Joka - Taratala Metro Stretch of Kolkata Metro Purple Line was also inaugurated but the hype of Vande Bharat overshadowed every other thing. The craze for Vande Bharat was just amazing but the Metro is an equally important project. 💓

No. It is the East - West Metro. Currently Operational from Sector V to Sealdah Station. Sealdah to Howrah Maidan will be opened later after construction.
