What is this? Could someone explain please? Shram Shakti SF (12452) is getting delayed because of Sagoria - New Delhi Express (20451) which is not arrived yet.

12452 will depart at/after 3 AM. The arriving rake of 20451 departs as 12452, and it is not possible to arrange new rake from NDLS. So 12452 will always get delayed, if 20451 is delayed by 1 hour or more. Always trust official data sources like NTES. WIMT is wrong almost half of the times.
