I think railway shud start emergency medical kota in reservation (other than tatkal).............. which will very help full in type medical emergency and for those people who wants to travel for treatment .......... on emergency basis. wht u say member ?

i think no need of booking .......... just reach station and with the permission of railway doctor they shud allot seat ,. just simple.
