I m 100% sure becoz its a day time travel and IR doesnt provide for day trains
It's not a day time service. It departs RU at 17:15 hrs in the evening and arrives MYS post midnight at 01:50 hrs.
And FYI, there is no such rule that in daytime trains with AC Sleeper accomodations, bedrolls won't be provided. Bedrolls are provided onboard 18183/84 TATA - DNR Express, 13241/13229 BAKA/GODA - RJPB Intercity Express, etc..
