U get from the data they provided. In 2019-20 all concessions are given to different categories and incurred revenue of Rs 2000cr. 2021-22 the revenue loss is 100cr so railways got Rs 1900 cr as revenue from concessionaries in account of paying full fare.

The passenger loads pre COVID and post COVID are different so the revenue may vary largely.Also it is more about if they don't know the revenue gained from stopping concessions then how can the decision be reviewed in future if needed
