Yesterday 15 min early to vijayawada,45 min late lo WL and covered mostly in WL-SC section and came to SC by 17 min late. And started min late in SC in down journey and reached 5 min early in Visakhapatnam

SC to WL showing currnet avbl 86, Sc to KMM 31. Does this mean people are boarding at WL and KMM ??
Yes. It means after chart adjustment still few seats where customers will add at warangal are left. That can be used between SC-WL same way with KMT. Another chart will be prepared at BZA
LP change at BZA or same crew continue with change in positions?
