Equivalent to GR? They are going to merge 3E with 3A mate, no question of reducing fare when both are gonna be called 3A only.
Garib Rath fares are subsidized as a plan to provide cheap ac fares for poor people however majority travel in Garib Raths are same as normal 3ac pax..
