It's really unfortunate that while zones across the country are making huge strides in making as many sections 130 fit as possible, one of the oldest and most prominent section of IR which dates back to the British era is complacent and content with a 110 upgrade. MB division has always remained at least a decade behind, technologically, relative to its contemporaries. And sometime you wonder why.
