Is it permissible to add train, loco and station pictures from other's post? Plz let me know it correctly.

1A. Check Whether he is eligible to add Images by himself as he needs 100 public rating.
1B. - If he is Eligible ask him to add NOT you as he is eligible if 100+ ratings has been Recieved.
2 - If less than 100 rating ask him seek permission whether he permits or Not.
