while booking tatkal ticket from LTT to Bhopal, mistakenly (due my habit of using keyboard instead of mouse) i have entered a mismatch id card type and number, i mean thought i selected pan card and entered pan card number (PAN is absolutely correct), but when ticket booked was shocked to see that ticket is showing ID card type as Passport and ID Card number as my PAN number. what should i do now? what are the consequences if i go ahead and travel.

Maybe but you were lucky..you must follow the procedure as per rules and be careful while filling the reservation form
